It is reported that doroshenko was suspected of smuggling drugs in 2012 and then absconded from Russia. In June 2013, Interpol issued a red notice to it. At the request of Russia to help catch and transfer Dorochenko, a drug related criminal suspect, China's Ministry of public security deployed many police to carry out verification quickly, and arrested it in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province in July 27th this year.
The relevant person in charge of the Narcotics Control Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security said that China and Russia are important member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
